I've been living here for about 9 months, I have no complaints so far. I've read other reviews saying it is loud and noisy, but i have not had any bad experiences with that type of situation. That being said, I do live on the outside of the complex so it might be a lot different if you live in the inner parts but I have no idea. Had a cockroach issue when I first moved in, and they took care of it very quickly! Every Monday they have a pest control guy that goes and sprays, so any tenant who needs the spraying just needs to schedule prior to that Monday. This canal house on the Prinsengracht is completely renovated.

Walls are thin and we could hear people yelling in other units. Parking lot is too small for how many residents the complex carries. My roommates and myself had three cars and only one designated parking spot that other residents would sometimes park in. If we got home late, we would have to drive through the entire parking lot, finding nothing.

The staff loves to argue when you bring up a complaint and tells me there is nothing they can do since there is not a manager on site. They charge you for everything even when i cleaned my own carpet before i moved out..they charged for me a cleaning fee. The gates are always broken and i mean all the gates.
